Sanford, NC September 7, 2004 -- Central Carolina Scale is proud to introduce you to the Doran Model 8000XL Bench Scale. It features a super tough "Guardian" control panel/case and low profile shock resistant base to go along with being portable and washdown.

The sealed self-contained battery provides at
least 60 hours of continuous use...even more when used in the "Auto Shut-Off" mode. The built-in battery charger takes only 4 hours to recharge a fully depleted battery. The scale can even be used while recharging.

The scale is constructed of of 304 stainless steel for easy clean up and long life and displays weight in lb, kg, g, oz, or lb & oz. Display is a bright red LED display. The 8000XL has USDA approved & is NTEP certified.
